International Federation of Consulting Engineers

FIDIC represents the business interests of consulting engineers on a global scale. For firms doing business abroad, the Federation offers a full suite of documents, agreements, contracts, and business practices. They can be purchased through our E-Shoppe.

Export Development Canada

Export Development Canada (EDC), Canada's export credit agency, provides insurance and financial services, bonding products, and small-business solutions to Canadian exporters and investors, and their international buyers. Their job is to support and develop Canada's export trade by helping Canadian companies respond to international business opportunities. They support both Canadian investment abroad, and investment into Canada by businesses in other countries. Much of their work is done in partnership with other financial institutions, and with the government of Canada. EDC is also a corporate partner of ACEC. Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade

The business mandate of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT) is to encourage Canada's international commerce. Its trade commissioner's service promotes business opportunities to Canadian companies looking to expand internationally.
